Shipping is limited to the USA. The order will be shipped to the address provided when the order was placed.
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday each week. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
Normally delivery is within 2 to 5 business days. We do not guarantee the package arrival date for any shipping method.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your shipment date. If the address is incorrectly entered, the customer is responsible for the replacement costs.
We will ship to Alaska or Hawaii by request. Additional charges for postage may apply.
Subscriptions are a minimum of three purchases. The first order is 15% off, and the subsequent orders are 10% off. After 3 billing cycles you can cancel your subscription.
REFUNDS
All Roam Sticks have a “best buy” date. This reflects 8 months after date of manufacture. Sticks should be stored in a cool, dark location for maximum shelf life. Rough handling or high temperatures will shorten shelf life.
All Salami has a "best buy" date. This reflects a 6 month shelf life. Salami should be stored in refrigeration.
If product is damaged upon arrival, we will refund for the product that was affected. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the order and a picture of damaged product should accompany the request. Please send to photo and request to support@singingpastures.com
If you do not like our product, and would like to return it, please email support@singingpastures.com and let us know. Product can be sent back within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price.
We will do our best to process your refund within 5 business days from our receipt of your returned product.
Shipping charges are refundable only if products were damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong product.
Product must have been purchased directly from Singing Pastures. Orders from 3rd party vendors must be taken up with that party.
