Refund policy

REFUNDS

Perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Shipping charges are refundable only if products were damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong product. Products will be refunded in the form of original payment

Refund must be requested within 48 hours of receiving product.

Product must have been purchased directly from Roam Sticks. Orders from 3rd party vendors must be taken up with that party.

If you are not satisfied with one of our Food Products at the time you receive it, or it doesn’t meet your expectations, contact Singing Pastures at support@singingpastures.com for a refund.

How Long Does The Process Take?

We will do our best to process your refund within 5 business days from our receipt of your request. Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer during those times.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit that card for the product.
